Chocolate cake with Oreo cream filling and chocolate buttercream. Bear is made out of modelling chocolate (first time making it and using it) and balloons/present are made from fondant/gumpaste. I had a major cake catastrophe on this one....While I was using my tilting turntable I accidentally tilted it too much and the cake slid off and smashed on the counter and hit the backsplash! I was able to fix it pretty well but couldn't hide all of the areas (thankfully most of the damage was on the back). This was for a good friend's daughter so at least she understood!
