I made this cake for my sis in laws baby shower. I had a lot of trouble with the top part getting it to stay up lol. I let the fondant/gumpaste top dry for 24hrs and it still was a little soft. Strawberry cake with cookies and cream filling! Doesn't sound like a good combo, but man it was sooo tasty.. Thank you CC peeps for always helping me with ideas!! ur the best!
