Princess Tiara Cake

This is a cake I made for a little girl turning "1"! It is a buttermilk cinnamon chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate ganache and covered in MMF! I wanted the heart tier to represent the "pillow presenting the tiara"!

This is so pretty. I love the bubbles. I'll have to look for this tool. I can't wait to try your technique for the bubbles. They add so much to the cake.

This cake is beautiful. You mentioned my princess cake was similiar to yours, that is a huge compliment. Your work is great.

I absolutely love it! Is the cake covered in pink MMF as well? I really would love to try this now, those shiny little balls are too cute.

This is my favorite view of the cake. I didn't get a really great pic of the front. That's the smash cake off to the side!

Thank you so very much! I have a tool used for Polymer clay that you push the fondant through to get consistent sizes. It's basically a ruler with different mm holes in it. I rolled each of them by hand and then put them in a baggie with a little luster dust and viola!
