I enjoyed making this cake. My first time to cut fire trucks and airplanes and assemble them for a cake. The top and bottom tier are white cake and the middle tier is chocolate, all covered in buttercream and decorated with buttercream and MMF. The name and #1 is white chocolate mint. I watched Caked Boss and noticed that they fill their cakes with what looks like a 1M tip, I tried that and it was soooo much easier, I pressed the top layer down to help prevent icing bulging. It did bulge a little so I have to figure out how to prevent that when icing with buttercream and not adding MMF. Loved the technique though!!! TFL!!
