My neighbor..also my dear friend had surgery Thursday and asked me if I would make her a cake. She had alot of precancer issues and was feeling really gloomy. She said " I want to see pink! It will make the day brighter." I made this for her. DH helped with the little butterfly, flower, and hearts on the top. TFL
