Who Dat say dey gon' beat dem Saints? I made this Saints cake for a co-worker of mine, whose birthday is Superbowl Sunday. The original design incorporated both Saints and LSU, but when the Saints beat the Vikings, she decided that they deserved the whole cake to themselves! Though you can't see from the photos, the entire phrase "Who Dat?!" is wrapped around the bottom tier. Dark chocolate fudge cake with dark chocolate buttercream on the bottom tier, german chocolate with caramel coconut filling and milk chocolate buttercream on the top tier.
