2 layer 9inch lemon cake with orange-lemon buttercream. Frog is gumpaste. Water lillies, lilly pads, rocks, and tops of cat tails are fondant. Reeds are royal icing. Spaghetti was used for the cat tails. Piping gel was used for the water. I had a lot of fun making this cake; although, I had an almost disaster. I know now, always make a dam before putting piping gel on top of a cake- it runs everywhere!
