I'm quite proud of this cake because it's the first time that I really did the design on my own, using just the invitations as inspiration. Usually I gather ideas from here, and there probably are similar cakes here, but oh well. It's a 10in+8in, frosted in buttercream, with fondant accents. I used pearl dust mixed with clear vanilla to paint the star silver. Thanks to KathysCC for providing the template for the cowboy boots! The hat was shaped using a small play hat bought for a couple of bucks at Michaels.
