Shell - White candy melts colored with food coloring and a couple light cocoa melts to get the right color(black sugar for the specks). Inside-choc cake. Toppings - Beans, brown icing - Sour cream, white icing - Cheese & Lettuce, colored coconut - Tomates, strawberry fruit roll up - Sauce, colored pudding. I made these for my son's 4th grade class and they loved them.
