I made this for a client wanting a pink lingerie cake. It is a 12x18 sheet cake that I torted and filled. I then carved the torso shape. Covered in MM fondant, rolled buttercream and decorations are buttercream. It was very yummy and a big hit, I got 3 orders for other cakes from this one
