My first attempt at a stacked cake and first time working with fondant. I was very determined to make my little boy a neat cake for his birthday and he LOVES Elmo and Cookie Monster. The cake, buttercream and the fondant are all made from scratch. Even though our family was hesitant to eat a cake with fondant on it, they all ended up loving it.
