This was my nephew's 2nd birthday cake. Thanks to lots of cakes on this site for inspiration! This cake is all buttercream. Stacked 8 in rounds. 1 was butterscotch cake with dulce de leche filling, the other was dark chocolate with a chocolate peanut butter filling.
