Under the sea Cake. It's a layered chocolate cake with strawberry pie filling and chocolate icing and mini chocolate chips inbetween the bottom layers. Top layer has chocolate icing and chocolate chips in between them. The fish are the candles. The coral is crushed ice cream cones and rolled wafers.
