WOW! This is adorable :D My daughter would LOVE to have this cake for her birthday - can you tell me what pan & tips you used to make it? GREAT!
It is a Wilton Pan. It is older one. I got it at a used clothing store. The fur is the grass tip. Start at the bottom and work your way up. You might be able to make sheet cake and carve the dog and decorate it this way.
