This is a dummy cake I made today because we are snowed in. I've been dying to try some new techniques and practice my roses. All three tiers are styrofoam, 6/8/10 combination. Combination of MMF and Satin Ice fondant used to decorate with. Still need to add a few more roses, but really pleased with how it turned out!
