Birthday cake

I don't know why I was having such hard time with this cake even thought it wasn't that difficult . I guess I was having one of those days when everything goes wrong. Anyways, it's 6 and 9" vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream - inspired by Pink cake box .

I love this cake. Beautiful! Is it from Hugs and Stitches 1st birthday. My Granddaughter had Hugs and Stitches for her 1st birthday. Love the pattern!

I see no evidence of trouble. Only some kick-butt (can I say that here?) awesomeness!!! That is perfect from the choice of colors to the fabulous fondant work. Two thumbs up!

Thank you guys for your comments!! For the butterfly I used plain cookie cutter and the letter A was done using funky alphabet cutters
