Chocolate chocolate and more chocolate! Chocolate cake with chocolate gnoche filling and chocolate fondant. Bottom tier has a quilted pattern and top tier is hand piped vines and flowers with royal icing. Name on top is made on fondant and also had quilted pattern. Flowers are made of fondant as well and accented with royal icing. This was a big hit at my office!
