My son started a new preschool class call the "penguins" so I constructed a flock of penguins for their first day. The vanilla cupcake is covered in black fondant. The beak and flippers are licorice allsort and the belly is marshmallow. The eyes are royal icing and everything is fixed with royal to "glue" it down.
