This cake was made for a co-worker who goes out of her way to help others; we had a little thank you celebration for her at work. 8" Square lemon cake covered and decorated with tinted red fondant.

Hmmmm...this is the same mix I used for Cartman, so the colors intensified a bit more...I don't remember the mix, but do remember adding tons of Red Red and Super Red to the fondant.
