These were supposed to go with the Barbie Fairytopia cake I did a couple of weeks ago. But the party had to be postponed due to the bad weather. The customer took delivery of the cake because I'd already made it, but we put off the cupcakes until this weekend) Simple enough - just edible images - but I think it was a pretty display. Would have looked cool with the Barbie cake topping it, though. Vanilla sponge cupcakes, filled with vanilla buttercream and topped with an edible image on a fondant disc.
