Mini marshmallows in disguise! These are yellow cupcakes baked in paper liners frosted with white buttercream icing. I used my color printer to make the red-striped bags and labels. To make the "popcorn," I cut an X at one end of each mini marshmallow and then dabbed them with a mix of "Buttercup yellow" coloring, butter-flavored extract and 10-X sugar.
