Designed as a "trophy" cake. Car and base cake covered in fondant with fondant accents. Pillar center support covered in fondant. Forgot to cut a hole in the bottom of the car cake so it'd set flush on the pillar, so I put a rolled up non-skid liner under there (but the cake still cracked by the windshield). The boys didn't notice. They definitely enjoyed it. Car cup cakes on the base frosted in buttercream.
