This is an M&M cake I done for my daughter, Heather, who is crazy about M&M's. She collects all kinds of M&M items. The bottom layer is white cake with buttercream choc. Icing, while each M&M is a choc. cake. I did use fondant on the M&M cakes. I used 2- 8 in. rounds and a small oval.
