This is a cake I made for my son's 17th birthday. He is really into the military and air force planes. The bottom tier is a dark fudge chocolate cake with irish cream fudge filling. The second tier is strawberry wasc cake with strawberry filling. The tower is a Irish cream pound cake. This is all BC . The gun and missiles are fondant as are the plane silhouttes and roundels. The F18 on top is an actual plastic model. The wire is drilled into a dowel rod. TFL.
