I had a customer ask for a pecan cake with pecan filling and pecans icing. This is what I came up with. Butter pecan cake with white choc. ganache & toasted pecan filling, with poured butterscotch ganache on top sprinkled with crushed pecans.This cake smelled delicious, although visually, it's not the prettiest cake ever. LOL
