I was asked to make a cake at very short notice (over night!) to celebrate the occasion that the Director of Swindon Dance had been given the Jane Attenborough award for Outstanding Achievement in Dance. I am still new to piping and cake decorating in general so the writing on the cake is not perfect but I was pleased with the end result and I know that the director was delighted.
