Birthday cake for my grams...she used to make sushi all the time for us growing up so I figured I return the favor! Fudge marble cake with choco. cr. cheese filling...assorted sushi's are marshmallows covered in shredded coconut covered in fondant...salmon roe is piping gel...soy sauce dish and chopsticks are gumpaste...soy sauce is pancake syrup w/ a little brown coloring...TFL!!!
