this looks like a present and not a cake, esp the bow! did you draw on the psttern with an icing pen? how did you get the balls so small and to stick to the name tag?

Thank you all! The bow is made from fondant mixed with some gum-tex powder – cut 2 rectangles, put smaller one on the top, make pleads and squeeze it in the middle, let it dry for a while and add piece of fondant for the knot. Star like pattern is stencil stars by Marcela Sanchez (GSA product ID #21568). Pearls around the name tag are made with 3mm pearl bead mold by CK (GSA product ID #18339) and glued with edible glue. :)
