OK this was a blast! It's 14 inches diam x 17 inches tall with about 150 servings of chocolate cake with German Chocolate filling, covered in chocolate ganache then wraped in fondant. The Corn took 3hrs and is made from Rice cereal and fondant. The Craw Fish are Gumpaste, the top 2 inches of the pan was made from pastillage. The Water is poured sugar. Then we added smoke to it. The only thing that is not edible are the wiskers and the base.
