Cake is chocolate with chocolate bc. Cake and board covered in fondant, apple made out of marzipan, flower is my first attempt at a wired flower - huge learning curve on that! This was the first time I attempted a book cake which I carved free-hand. I think the writing lets the cake down unfortunately. tfl
