Promotion cake for forensic pathologist at my hubby's base! I felt really weird doing this cake but they LOVED it! It's a cream cheese WASC cake with cream cheese filling, buttercream icing, covered in fondant with fondant decorations. Only thing unedible is the string and the "toe-tag".
