The cake was made for a person who doesnt like cake but prefers all things meat based, so I thought this was a happy medium! Underneath is a lemon and lime sponge with four layers lime cream between each layer, all decoration made from royal icing (have since discovered sugarpaste). This is my first decorated cake.
