This was actually a birthday cake request, but I think it belongs under Christmas. Anyway, This snowman it made with buttercream frosting and MMF accents. The nose is actually a baby carrot and the eyelashes are made from black licorice sliced very thin. I just wasn't in the mood to try and make black fondant. That is just too much work. I really need to order some pre-made. The person loved how the cake looked. Can't wait to hear how it tasted.
