Sesame Street Birthday

Made these cupcakes for my neice's 2nd birthday. Also made a cake to go with Sesame Street character cupcakes. The cake is vanilla cake, with vanilla buttercream (faux fondant recipe/method), decor is all cut out fondant. Made the happy birthday sign to look like the Sesame Street sign.

that is sooo cute! can you pretty please explain to me how to make the sign. It is for my daughter's b-day. She will be 3 and I am having a hard time trying to find out how to make it. Thank you soooo much! :cry:
