Course 3 Final Cake

Here is my first stacked cake. I had already done a tiered cake so I had my instructor show me how to stack a cake with the dowel rods. I love how it came out. And this was the second time I covered a cake with fondant..first time with MMF (Yummy). The roses were a real pain so I need to practice on those.

Great cake! If the roses are fondant you just need to roll them thinner and don't forget to ruffle the edges. :D

Your cake looks beautiful! I think your fondant is little dry. If you will roll you fondant thinner then making roses will be easier. I love the cake and colors. Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions! I will roll them thinner...and I didn't add gumpaste so I'll do that next time!
