This cake was made for the nurses in the ICU ward at Hillcrest Hospital. The bear nurse has the Hillcrest logo on her hat and I used the Hillcrest "blue" for the cake. I wanted it to kind of look like a thank you card.

Thanks! It is all hand piped. I used my kopykake for the outline and then a grass tip for the fur.
