This cake is Macsmom's wonderful Tuxedo cake flavor (layered white and vanilla cake with white and milk chocolate truffle filling). It was a surprise from mother to daughter. Daughter was getting her "first" Coach purse for her 20th birthday. Mom said daughter loved Soccer, played for UT (hook em) collected Eiffel Towers and had TONS of 3 inch shoes. LOL.. so I tried to incorporate each of those loves into her birthday cake and keep it classy. The tower is painted on with Super Luster and vodka mix. And the flowers are gumpaste.
