Bottom tier is white cake with dulce de leche buttercream filling and frosted in white buttercream and top tier is white cake with chocolate mousse filling with chocolate buttercream frosting. Both are covered in fondant, baby and letters are also fondant. I made the letters using molds from Michaels.
