Over the top cake for I did for a private school benefit auction. Tiers are in the school colors (blue and orange) But client wanted the Red/white and blue theme on it as well. (This cake would be better in purist Red, White and Blue). Tiers are varying flavors , all covered in white chocolate fondant with white chocolate fondant swags and decorations, plaques and trim. Between some tiers, there are hand made roses made from tissue paper with disposable LED lights in each one. They are placed on the separator plates, then snaked with battery operated floral light strings that flash. Topper is an LED light spray that also changes colors. A fun cake for those wanting to go over the top.
