I experimented with a white chocolate frosting and a paper texture technique to give this cake a little more pizazz. The mango flavored orange fondant goldfish were brushed with gold luster dust and were awesome! The only thing I would go back and change would be the lettering. Gotta find a way to do that better. Pina-colada cake - (macsmom recipe) with a light lime filling - tasted heavenly!
