this cake was for the NY cake convention. It's light blue fondant with Lace all around each tier. I made a macaroon separator as well as Cameo's on the bottom tier. Along with marie antoinette's monogram. The fan is a gumpaste fan that I made. I also put beautiful fresh oranges roses to make it pop. This was my first challenge and won 2nd place in my division.
