This is my new signature cake!! It's a chocolate explosion cake! Ohh.. it is good! It's chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and ganache filling, iced in chocolate buttercream, with ganache dripping down the sides. Chocolate shavings pressed into the sides and top and chunks of chocolate and pirouhette cookies on top!! Yum!
