This cake was for my best friend's son's 2nd birthday. The party theme was bubbles. it is a lemmon cake with raspberry filling. I tried a new filling recipe and it was to thin, which caused my cake buldge. I attempted to make blown sugar "bubbles", for my first try they were not cake worthy so I opted with plan B - glass ornaments. Overall I was not happy with the cake, but it did turn out better thanI thought it was while I was decorating it.
