Copied this design from Centerpiece Sweets. Too cute not to replicate! Part rasberry chocolate, part french vanilla, iced in buttercream. Arms are dowels covered in modeling chocolate and carved with fondant tool. Carrot is gumpate. Black parts are modeling chocolate. Scarf is fondant. Snowflakes are royal icing. I loved doing this cake and everyone at the party adored it. Plus it was really yummy! I love when I get to actually eat the cakes I make!
