A Package For My 38Th Birthday

I wanted to return to my child like days when I turned 38, so on top of my cake, you'll find a shoe, a teddy bear, a hat and a flower. Buttercream for the frosting and fondant for the bow.

Sounds like a great way to celebrate 38!! The pink sprinkles with the bow really look good together.
