I saw these at Bakerella, and had to try them for my daughter's preschool party. We were going on a field trip to a pumpkin patch and the teacher requested something less messy than a traditional cupcake. These are super easy and looked so cute! I wrapped them in squares of wax paper and put them in brown lunch sacks with a bag of pretzels and a juice pouch. Made from a vanilla cupcake, with a "patty" cut from a pan of brownies.
