I made this cake for my daughter's winter wonderland themed quinceanera. All cakes are frosted in buttercream they are white cakes, bottom tier dulce de leche filling, middle tier chocolate mousse filling, top tier lemon mousse filling. Flowers and snowflakes made of royal icing. Cake sparkles on top with blue glitter ribbon. Cake top was purchased figurine
