I looked through lots of CC pics to get ideas for this cake - thanks! It is an 8" a 3" yellow cake with vanilla pudding in center. Used the Wilton 3-star tip with buttercream. Numbers and accents are from Wilton pre-made fondant. Lollipop sticks to hold them up.
