This was a 1st. birthday cake for great niece...Kaiya. Bottom layer carrot cake with cream cheese, top lemon with buttercream. Covered with fondant and fondant/gumpaste accents. Was fun to make and birthday girl loved it, smash cake to match. This was modeled after another cake seen on CC with some changes made.
