This is a 3 layer chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream icing. Covered with fondant.And the rope is also fondant. The candy suckers, gingerbreadman, and the train are made with candy melts and the molds.The cake board was covered in fondant and marshmallow ropes attached to the edges. I made this to take to my Gramma Clanahan's house this year for christmas.
